• Portal usage: reports viewed, documents downloaded, and support messages you send us.
• Security data: verification codes, sign-in time, IP address, browser and device information used to protect your account.

• Create and secure your account, including sending the verification code by email when you register or sign in.
• Deliver contracted marketing services and show performance in the portal.
• Send transactional notices, such as registration confirmation and alerts when a report or invoice is available.

We keep data while your account is active and as long as needed for legal, tax, or contractual requirements. Verification codes expire within minutes and are discarded after use.
